Details : What we eat as well as the methods we choose to cook and harvest our food, affects our individual health and that of our planet. Chef Steve Young will show us how to use every edible piece of our food in order to stretch your food budget and cut down on waste. Farm Manager Mark Printz will lead a discussion on the importance of sustainable farming. This is a free event, donations are graciously accepted. This event will take place at St. Bonaventure Parish's Memorial Hall, 95 E Main St, Allegany.
